Smoothie Bits
Our Smoothie Bits are a one-of-a-kind snack that contain small, bite-sized pieces of mixed fruit, yogurt and whey protein packed into a small, circular shape that melt in your mouth. Similar to our Fruit & Yogurt Bits, our Smoothie Bits are blended with all-natural vanilla yogurt and whey protein prior to freeze drying to increase the protein content of these delicious snacks. Like all of our other products, our Smoothie Bits are free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives and gluten.

Gluten-Free Strawberry Cupcakes
- ● 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Blend
- ● 1 ½ teaspoons Gluten-Free Baking Powder
- ● ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ● ½ cup Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
- ● 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ● 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
- ● 1 Large Lemon (Zest from)
- ● 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- ● ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ● ½ cup Buttermilk
- ● 6-8 tablespoons of East Valley Foods Strawberry Powder
- ● ½ cup Butter
- ● 16 ounces of Powdered Sugar
- ● Set oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 23-25 minutes or until just slightly golden and the centers are set.
