Our Fruit and Yogurt Bits are a one-of-a-kind snack that contain small, bite-sized fruit and fruit- flavored yogurt pieces. What sets our products apart from other fruit and yogurt products is that we blend whey protein into the yogurt prior to freeze drying to increase the protein content of the yogurt pieces. Like our Snack Bits & Smoothie Bits, our Fruit and Yogurt Bits are free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives and gluten.

Gluten-Free Strawberry Cupcakes
- ● 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Blend
- ● 1 ½ teaspoons Gluten-Free Baking Powder
- ● ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ● ½ cup Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
- ● 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ● 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
- ● 1 Large Lemon (Zest from)
- ● 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- ● ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ● ½ cup Buttermilk
- ● 6-8 tablespoons of East Valley Foods Strawberry Powder
- ● ½ cup Butter
- ● 16 ounces of Powdered Sugar
- ● Set oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 23-25 minutes or until just slightly golden and the centers are set.
