Dried Fruit & Cereal
Mix your favorite East Valley Foods snack product into a bowl of your favorite cereal (dry or with milk) to add a nutritious kick to your breakfast routine.
Dried Fruit & Ice Cream
Place some dried fruit on top of your favorite ice cream (may we suggest Fruit Bits!). As the ice cream melts, moisture will be absorbed into the fruit and turn back into fresh fruit again!
Reconstitute
Want the taste of fresh fruit? Add your favorite Snack Bits product to a bowl and add some water. The water will be reabsorbed by the dried fruit which will turn the fruit soft, just like fresh fruit! (Disclaimer – once you do this, consume the product quickly as reintroducing water will significantly shorten the shelf life!)
Crush to a Powder
Add some “fresh fruit” to your pre-or-post workout routine! Mix in your favorite Bits snack product (may we suggest Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bits) by crushing the small pieces into a powder and adding to your protein shake of choice. This will add the key nutrients found in fruit and yogurt that are essential for post workout recovery.
