  • To maximize freshness, remove as much air as possible by gently applying pressure to the bag while closing and ensure that bag is stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • We take pride in every product we produce and package and ensure that each bag contains the highest quality product prior to leaving our facility. All of our products are carefully produced in small batches with a “quality not quantity” philosphy. As such, we do not offer refunds for any of our products, however, we will replace the product free-of-charge in the event of the following:

    • Damage to product during shipping
    • Incorrect product recieved

    When requesting a product replacement, please be sure to email us at info@eastvalleyfoods.com with your name, order number, the date the product was recieved, as well as a description and picture(s) of the issue encountered and we will get back to you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

  • All of our snack products are all-natural and are made without the use of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. As such, product color and texture may vary from bag to bag.
